Job description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Waiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests by providing attentive and efficient service. You will play a key role in promoting a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints or concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Process payments and provide accurate change, receipts, or credit card transactions.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate.
